Qualified, experienced instructors

Some of our instructors have more than 40 years’ experience. All are British Martial Arts & Boxing Association qualified Level 2 coaches, with the following as a minimum:

  • DBS
  • Safeguarding
  • First Aid

What to expect at your trial

  1. Arrive wearing suitable loose clothing and bring a drink.
  2. Meet your instructor and be introduced to the class.
  3. Warm up and learn a few basic techniques.
  4. Take part in a fun, beginner-friendly session.
  5. Warm down.
  6. Questions & feedback.
